I want to take a moment to thank my 23 year old self for meeting the world with an open heart, and falling for the guy living 6 thousand miles away. I wish I could tell her how happy she will be, how lucky she was to have met Herbert that day.
We shipped a package together while in Oaxaca, and it is what sparked the conversation three months after meeting. Top two pictures are the day we met. But we didnt actually keep in touch. It was later that he wrote me that the package had finally arrived, he was working in China at the time.
